• Step 1: Download the App for free GrabTaxi from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store . New customers will go through a first time activation process (if you do not receive your activation code, please call customer service at 02 021 2500).
• Step 2: Book a taxi through the GrabTaxi App. Open the app and select your pick-up and drop-off locations then click ‘NEXT’. Key in your promo code into the ‘PROMO CODE’ field and click “CONFIRM BOOKING”.
• Step 3: You will receive an SMS and / or email about the successful promo redemption once a taxi has been booked for you.
• Step 4: Show the confirmation SMS and / or email to the driver and enjoy your “no booking fee” ride!
