On December 29, the Philippine Embassy released its updated 2017 SCHEDULE OF CONSULAR SERVICES which include Philippine and Thai holidays that are being observed by the embassy.
The regular working hours at the embassy starts from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. However, documents received after 4:00 pm though still be accepted will be processed the next working day.
Meanwhile, there are 20 days allotted for holidays this year based on Pres. Proc. No. 50, s. 2016 (16 Aug 2016) for Philippine holidays and Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs Note no. 0402/C.22734 (7 Dec 2016) for Thai holidays.
Below are the non-working days observed at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok which means the embassy will be closed.

- February 13 (Mon): Substitution for Makha Bucha Day (TH)

- April 14 (Fri): Good Friday (PH), Songkran Festival (TH)
- April 17 (Mon): Substitution for Songkran Festival Day (TH)
- May 1 (Mon): Labor Day (PH)
- May 5 (Fri): Coronation Day (TH)
- May 12 (Fri): Royal Ploughing Ceremony Day (TH)
- June 12 (Mon): Independence Day (PH)
- June 26 (Mon): Eid Ul Fitr (PH) (exact date to be confirmed)
- July 10 (Mon): Asalha Bucha Day/Buddhist Lent Day (TH)
- August 14 (Mon): Substitution for HM Queen Sirikit’s Birthday (TH)
- August 21 (Mon): Ninoy Aquino Day (PH)
- August 28 (Mon): National Heroes Day (PH)
- October 23 (Mon): King Chulalongkorn Day (TH)
- December 5 (Tue): HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s Birthday (TH)
- December 11 (Mon): Substitution for Constitution Day (TH)
- December 25 (Mon): Christmas Day (PH)
On the other hand, the Embassy will be open on the following holidays.
- May 10 (Thu): Wisakha Bucha Day (TH)
- October 31 (Tue): Additional Special Non-working Day (PH)
- November 1 (Wed ): All Saints Day (PH)
- November 30 (Thu): Bonifacio Day (PH)
