Out of eight Western Union agent companies in Thailand, Krungsri Bank Western Union won two prestigious awards from Western Union Thailand. These are Western Union Agent of the Year which is also known as Superstar 2016 and The Winner 2016.

Superstar 2016 is given to the one that topped the overall performance in terms of excellence customer service, locations, innovation and marketing program. The Winner 2016  recognizes Krungsri’s excellent customer service.

Mr. Noriaki Goto, CEO and President of Krungsri Bank and Mr. Phonganant Thanattrai, Head of Retail Banking and Distribution Group received the awards from Western Union Thailand.
