Basketball team Lapuk won the Filipino Alliance in Rayong Thailand (FARTH) basketball tournament this year. The championship game was held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 in Rayong.
FARTH is the official association of Filipino community in Rayong Province. The group organizes events such as sports tournament like basketball and volleyball.
Six teams competed for this season’s league. Aside from Lapuk, other winners were Hilas and Boardwalk which landed on second and third places respectively.
