Speaking before thousands of Filipinos in Thailand, President Rody Duterte was all praises to the Prime Minister of Thailand, General Prayuth Chan-o-cha as the later celebrated his birthday last Tuesday, March 21.
President Duterte will be turning 72 on March 28 and to his surprise, General Prayuth gave the President an early birthday surprise.
The cake was presented to the President during the official dinner held inside the Government House in Bangkok.
The Filipino Community could not miss the chance to greet the president as the roughly 2,000 congregation sang him the “Birthday Song”.
This visit to Thailand was an “introductory visit” to the 10 member countries of the ASEAN as the Philippines hosts its 50th year.
