In an interview, Jay-R, Rockie’s manager describes him as super humble and a God-fearing person. Rockie is a 17 year-old MMA fighter from the Philippines who has been training under Lion’s Head Boxing Academy for 2 years now and is proving to be a natural in what he does and also is starting to tap into his potentials in the octagon. Rockie’s impressive record had started when he first joined in a MMA fight in Cage Wars Korat and took home his first win in the bantamweight division and now, he is eager to continue his winning streak. Rockie will be
one of the 7 events that evening and will be against a seasoned Thai stuntman with a 2-1 record. Once Rockie continues to give us an impressive record, this might be his opportunity to fight in a bigger arena hopefully soon till he reaches the age of 19.
