To boost the image of Thai tourism and to celebrate the vibrant expat community, the Tourism Authority of Thailand is hosting the country’s first “Expat Fair Thailand 2016” on October 1-2 at Fragrant Park in Bangkok. Admission is free.
The two-day event will be held on a weekend from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. There will be food trucks selling international cuisine and cooking competitions to encourage people to try and make traditional dishes from their places.
The fair is a great opportunity to have fun with fellow expats, listen to some live music while enjoying great food. Fragrant Park is located at Sukhumvit 36 Road, near Thong Lo BTS Station.
“Everyone, local and international, is invited to the “Expat Fair Thailand 2016”, which is free to join”, said on a media release posted on TAT News.
Another objective of the said event is to encourage foreign residents to travel more within the kingdom.
