Wreaths and condolences pour in for the late Philippine Honorary Consul Agkarajit

Wreaths from Philippine Embassy, Filipino communities in Chiang Mai and Lampang are displayed at Honorary Consul Agkarajit Na Ayudhya’s funeral in Chiang Mai. Royal sponsored cremation will be held at 2:00PM today, May 12.

The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok regrets to inform the public of the untimely passing of Mr. Agkarajit Phanomvan Na Ayudhya, former Philippine Honorary Consul in Chiang Mai, on 8 May 2020 in Chiang Mai.

Khun Agkarajit was Philippine Honorary Consul in Chiang Mai from 2013 to 2018, with consular jurisdiction not only of Chiang Mai but also the provinces of Chiang Rai, Nan, Phayao, Phrae, Mae Hong Son, Lampang, Lamphun and Uttaradit.

The remains of the late Khun Agkarajit lies at Wat Pa Paeng in Chiang Mai, and a cremation ceremony will be held on 12 May 2020 at the same temple.
