The university’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees, former Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Atty. Perfecto Yasay, will again grace the occasion as the commencement speaker.
Aside from overseas Filipino workers (OFW) and expat graduates, those who are joining the graduation rites are Philippine mayors, councilors and government employees who are enrolled at the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Legislative Academy.
A total of 187 graduates from different countries have earned their graduate and undergraduate degrees. Graduates include: 161 Diploma in Education; 21 Master of Arts in Teaching; and 5 Doctor in Philosophy.
