The Philippine Embassy in Thailand has announced on Thursday evening that effective July 18, 2016, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will start issuing Authentication Certificates valid for five (5) years.
“The validity of the certification is for five (5) years, unless specified by the attached document,” the announcement posted on Facebook read.
The said new policy was based on DFA Circular CIR-1722-OCA-2016 dated 11 July 2016.
