Filipino expat Judeah Seludo Paelmo posted a lengthy message on Facebook requesting for any potential help for her ailing father.
Paelmo shares that her father had a stroke on June 29, 2017, which led to complications. “He was in the ICU [Intensive Care Unit] for 4 months in Nopharat Hospital in Minburi, underwent brain surgery, declared in coma twice and we were advised by the doctor to accept [his] death 2 times,” said in the post. Paelmo still remains hopeful of her father’s full recovery even if he is going in and out of the hospital. Due to his 4 months stay and countless times he went in and out of the hospital, the family is now seeking financial assistance from the Filipino community.
