To request for a letter, you can email bangkokpe.consular@dfa.gov.ph. After completing all the pending requests, the Embassy will be able to issue the “request letter” not more than two days.
Advice on emergency cases such as deaths, accidents, and assistance on emergency travel documents will still be provided seven days a week by messaging the ATN phone at +66-81-989-7116. An Embassy official will reply as soon as other cases are served.
